The project was studied, from the beginning, in order to be conform with the E.E.C., E.P.A. and CARB regulation.

For this reason we was ready to pass homologation. We wanted to choose the best partner to do it and we have selected TUV as a partner.

The activities during homologation were:

• Preparing all technical documentation, paper and related calculation
  
• Preparing vehicles for testing
• Organise tests' time table

The company was to be certiied as a car manufacturer and we get the compliance of production from VCA.

We have passed all the tests and we arrive to a full European homologation.
