id - The Art of Chalet Chic Marco Rampinelli's ID Pop Up Stores features everything from Canadian Moose to Serengeti antelope, to Alpine hawks and many more exotic fauna taxidermy and interior design deco items. Our task was to back up the real store with an online gallery/shop which would lend visitor with an experience similar to that of the real shop. As a starter we photographed each and every taxidermy with carefully calibrated lighting and followed up with the development of an extensive web site, from which clients can explore and purchase the item of their choice. We thank Marco for his enduring confidence and trust in our work and we eagerly anticipate the next phase in the Art of Chalet Chic.

ID came into existence during the summer of 1998 for the purpose of offering young designers a platform for their products.
Ever since then, it has served as a Pop-up-Store opening its doors every autumn for three to six months – always at a new location in the heart of Zurich.
Some of the assorted rarities you will find alongside the infamous restored Swissair trolleys - “chicken or beef?” - include selected and rare furniture, stylish accessories - ranging from exclusive candleholders made of deer antler, to sumptuously handcrafted furry cushions – along with cult chic taxidermic trophies of fallow deer, moose or mountain chamois.
Whether you visit ID virtually or in person: you'll be enthused by the unusual and exquisite variety of the “chalet chic” adorned store.
